My parents have a small spa type pool in their home and have been buying all their supplies for that pool from New England Pool for years. As with all things today, some of the supplies can be purchased for less online but online sellers don't test your pool water or help you figure out Ph levels and stuff like that for free. So my father pays a couple more dollars for a gallon of antifreeze for the winter. He figures it's worth it. I guess I do too.
